Conversational Kadazan is an online language class focused on teaching you how to communicate effectively in Kadazan. The classes are designed to be beginner-friendly and provide a supportive environment for all learners.

2. I’m a beginner with no foundational background in Kadazan. Will this course be beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Our course is tailored to meet the needs of beginners. You’ll learn step-by-step in a relaxed and supportive environment, with classes that focus on practical conversational skills.

3. What is the class schedule?

Our classes are conducted in two groups:Please login and refer to available classes in our dashboard at app.conversational-kadazan.com

4. Where are the classes conducted?

All classes are conducted online via Google Meet, providing a convenient and flexible learning environment. You can join from the comfort of your own home. After you register, we’ll send you a Google Calendar invite with the class details.

5. How do I access the classes?

You can access the class and class materials on our webapp (app.conversational-kadazan.com)

6. Can I attend classes more than once a week?

Yes, depending on the plan you’re on and slot availability.

7. What if I miss a class?

If you miss a class, don’t worry! You can reschedule based on availability or join another session within the same week if your plan allows it.

8. Why don’t you display pricing on your website?

We believe that the best way to understand the value of our classes is by experiencing them firsthand. That’s why we invite you to register and joined your first class first. This allows you to assess whether our Conversational Kadazan classes are the right fit for you.

11. Do you have trial classes?

We don't offer trial classes anymore, however, the FIRST class is always FREE for new registered student.

12. May I know the fee for private (1-on-1) classes?

We offer private 1-on-1 classes on a pay-per-class basis, as well as weekly and monthly plans. To learn more about our pricing structure, we recommend attending our trial class first. After the trial, we’ll share the pricing details with you.

13. What’s the price for one class?

Please register on our webapp at app.conversational-kadazan.com to view class pricing.

15. How do you charge? How many classes are included per session?

We offer a range of plans, including pay-per-class, bi-weekly, and monthly subscriptions. The number of classes you can attend per week depends on the plan you select. We suggest attending the trial class first, after which we will provide you with the specific pricing details.

16. How do I register for a class?

To register, visit our website at conversational-kadazan.com. Clicked signup, finish onboarding and book yourself a slot on any free classes slot.

Effective Date: August 20, 2024Welcome to FirstStepCreatives (FSC) and our Conversational Kadazan Class. By registering for and participating in our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.1. User Obligations
1.1. Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
1.2. Compliance: Users agree to comply with all class guidelines, instructions, and any additional terms provided by FSC.1.3. Attendance: Users are responsible for attending all classes they have booked. Absences will still be counted as attended, and no additional or replacement classes will be offered for missed sessions. This applies to all plans: Single Class Plan, Monthly Plan, and Bi-weekly Plan, for both group and private classes.2. Modifications to Terms
2.1. Right to Change: FSC reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
3. Guidelines and Conduct
3.1. Behavior: Users must follow all guidelines set forth by FSC and conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during classes.
3.2. Prohibited Actions: Users must not engage in any conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by FSC.4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Content Ownership: All content provided by FSC, including course materials, is the intellectual property of FSC and is protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express permission.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1. No Guarantees: FSC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the classes. While we strive to provide the best educational experience, individual results may vary.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: FSC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in our classes.6. Termination
6.1. Right to Terminate: FSC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.
7. Governing Law
7.1. Jurisdiction: These terms of use are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Single Class Plan: Refunds are available for the Single Class Plan if requested at least one day before the class starts. No refunds will be entertained if the request is made less than one day before the class. Refunds will be processed within three business days.
8.2. Bi-Weekly Plan: Users on the Bi-Weekly Plan are limited to 4 classes every two weeks. No refunds are available for the Bi-Weekly Plan once payment has been made.8.3. Monthly Plan: Users on the Monthly Plan are entitled to 8 classes per month. No refunds are available for the Monthly Plan once payment has been made.8.4. Three-Month Plan: No refunds are available for the Three-Month Plan once payment has been made.9. Class Rescheduling and Cancellation
9.1. FSC's Right to Reschedule or Cancel: FSC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class with at least 6 hours' notice. Users will be notified via email or other communication methods provided during registration.
10. First Class is Always Free
10.1. Offer Details: Your first class with FSC is always free. This offer applies to all new users, regardless of the chosen class type or plan.
10.2. Trial Ending: Please note that the 3-day trial campaign will end on August 14, 2024.11. Pay It Forward Campaign
11.1. Sponsorship: Users can choose to sponsor a class for others through our Pay It Forward campaign.
11.2. Non-Refundable: Contributions to the Pay It Forward campaign are non-refundable and will be used to sponsor Kadazan language classes for individuals selected by FSC.11.3. Confirmation: Sponsors will receive a confirmation email with details about their contribution.12. Class Options
12.1. Group Classes: Users can choose to join group classes with a maximum of 7 students per class. Group classes can be booked on a single class basis or through a monthly subscription.
12.2. Private Classes: Users can opt for private, one-on-one sessions. Private classes can be booked on a single class basis or through a monthly subscription.12.3. Missed Class Policy
For users on the paid plans, it is the responsibility of the user to inform FSC of their inability to attend a class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide such notice will result in the class being considered attended, and no replacement class or refund will be provided.
12.4. If you wish to unsubscribe from your plan, please email our support team at [email protected]. Unsubscribing requests will be processed within 3 business days.
